Nathan Mittleman is a Midwest-based actor, singer, and dancer. His experience with theatre began at an early age when his family participated in a community theatre production of The Music Man. While the "acting" bug did not bite his parents, Nathan continued to train, audition, and perform throughout school...eventually realizing theatre could be a viable career option. 

Nathan attended Indiana University Bloomington, where he received a BFA in Musical Theatre. After graduation,  he moved to Chicago and performed at such theatres as Chicago Shakes, Paramount, Drury Lane Oakbrook, Theatre at the Center, Northbrook Theatre for Young Audiences, and Porchlight. Regionally, he has worked at the Adirondack Theatre Festival, Fireside Dinner Theatre, Cardinal Stage, and Bloomington Playwrights Project. During his time with these organizations, Nathan connected with some of the industry's leading directors and choreographers who significantly shaped his perspectives and approaches as a performer.

Nathan also holds an MA in Secondary Education from Ball State University and is currently working on his MFA in Directing at Texas State University. He is a proud member of Actors' Equity.
